A promise to live deliberately
I, Dr Gugu Malaba, commit these thirty days to seeking God first, honouring my responsibilities, caring for my health and using my time with purpose.
I will leave home on time, arrive at work prepared and approach my duties with diligence and integrity. I will protect my Sabbath, my family prayer, my personal devotion and my rest.
I will abstain from recreational social media. I will use digital platforms only when necessary for professional work and scheduled Harvestlead advertising and client engagement.
I will develop Harvestlead consistently, patiently and ethically. I will measure progress by faithful action rather than by busyness.
When I fall short, I will acknowledge it, correct my course and begin again. I will pursue discipline without neglecting medical advice, nutrition or recovery.
Thirty-day social media fast
For 1–30 November: no recreational Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, reels, stories or casual scrolling. Business advertising, professional work and responding to Harvestlead enquiries are permitted. Keep non-essential notifications off.
